Mesut Türkoğlu was born in Izmir in 1966. He completed his higher education at Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1989 and has been working as a lawyer registered with the Izmir Bar Association since 1991.
Mesut Türkoğlu, throughout his professional life; has specialized with the activities he has carried out in the fields of Commercial Law, Company Law, Inheritance Law and Real Estate Law.
Attorney Mesut Türkoğlu, who served as a member of the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Council between 1999 and 2004, played an active role in the administration of Izmir by acting as the Deputy Mayor of Gaziemir and as the chairman and member of the Law and Companies Commissions of the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Council in the same years.
Mesut Türkoğlu, who believes in the necessity of alternative solutions as well as the litigation process in dispute resolution, is also a Mediator registered in the Ministry of Justice Registry.
He has also added Intellectual Industrial Property Law and Health Law to his fields of expertise by following current developments in national and international law.
Mesut Türkoğlu, who has been a patent and trademark attorney registered with the Turkish Patent Institute since 2005, provides litigation and consultancy services to many companies that are competent in their field within the scope of Intellectual and Industrial Property Law; manages the application and registration processes of individuals, companies and institutions to the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. He has worked as an expert in Izmir Courts in disputes on Intellectual and Industrial Property.
With a mission of lifelong learning and development, Mesut Türkoğlu is an expert mediator in Health Law, Commercial Law and Labor Law, with his expertise in mediation.
Mesut Türkoğlu continues to work with all his knowledge and experience in his profession and provides consultancy services in contracts and various tender processes.
